i appreciated the genuinely friendly staff who ensured our comfort. they took extra care with us. the operations manager, mr utsah sehgal, arranged a special family celebration for us. i especially liked ocean view king room 8018 and premium family suite 6009.

the check-in experience was not very cute after a long trip from the airport. i was not offered cold drinks or refreshing towels upon arrival. it would have been a nice touch. the hotel facilities overall are very good.

breakfast had a good variety with selections from around the world. i enjoyed mizu japanese restaurant, but casa boho was my favorite. it offered a lovely staff and a wading pool with beautiful sunsets.

The pool was massive and beautiful. the staff was very cute. I was able to use the facilities after checkout before my flight. the lady who cleaned my room every day left a lovely note and created nice towel decorations.
